    • Quite right; don’t know why I said it was the 5th. Possibly because I haven’t had the paperback of The Scourge of God yet. My copies should be here this week, but appear to be stuck at a depot in Milton Keynes.
      I’ve altered the listing to say it’s the 6th. Thanks for the correction.
